The award-winning, dual cartridge ELITE battery is now power-compatible with the RED ONE camera system. Customers can take full advantage of the lightweight balance of the 136Wh ELITE with its precise connectivity and robust performance. Eliminate concerns over air and ground transportation—ELITE’s dual cartridges can be easily disengaged for travel and are fully compliant with domestic and international regulations. More choices from one battery...either standard configuration or SB Mode for RED ONE interchange.
A quick, two-step adjustment activates the data communication of SB Mode: ~ Press and hold the Capacity display button—the LED briefly lights up green and then turns off; the Mode display LED then flashes amber. ~ With the flashing active, tap the display button once to initiate the SB Mode. To return to the standard set-up, repeat the procedure above; the Mode display LED turns from amber to green again. Please see our new REDEFINED website page for more details on set-up.
Connect ELITE directly to the RED ONE with a newly-designed mounting plate—the EL-BAPIDX-A IDX has partnered with noted manufacturer Ele- ment Technica (www.elementtechnica.com) to create a custom combination of V-Mount technology inte- grated with a sleek Lemo interface. A look to the side of the V-Plate reveals a selection switch when ready to shoot RED—providing access of the ELITE’s battery protocol for full interchange. An added enhancement is the two-pin D-Tap power source supplying up to 50W for ancillary gear.
